Target Drench is a broad spectrum anthelmintic containing levamisole and oxyclozanide used for the treatment and control of nematode infestations and chronic fascioliasis in cattle, sheep and goats. It also removes tapeworm segments from sheep.
Oxyclozanide removes practically all flukes
(Fasciola spp.) present in the bile ducts. Tapeworm segments (Moniezia
spp.) in sheep are also removed.
Levamisole removes the mature and developing immature stages of a wide range of nematodes and is highly effective against the following species:

Composition:

Dosage & Administration:
7.5mg levamisole hydrochloride per kg bodyweight and 15mg oxyclozanide per kg bodyweight (= 0.5ml Target Drench/kg bodyweight).
Administer as an oral drench.

Target Drench can be given at any time during pregnancy, but dosing of ewes 6 weeks before lambing appears to produce the best results in terms of subsequent lamb performance.
The 6 week period allows sufficient time for the ewe's appetite to improve, with consequent benefits to condition and milk supply at lambing.
Warning:
Products containing Organophosphorus compounds or Diethylcarbamazine Citrate should not be administered with or within 14 days of treatment of Target Drench.
