The quantity and quality of colostrum the young animal receives may be inadequate and of poor quality.

There is no practical method of testing to see if young animals receive the colostrum they require.

Sprinter also contains probiotic, a naturally occurring beneficial bacteria which seed the gut with helpful organisms, thus helping prevent the establishment of Salmonella, E.coli and other pathogens, which cause scouring. 
Probiotics ensure that the microflora, essential for good digestion and efficient weight gain, is maintained in top condition.

Sprinter contains Vitamin B12, essential for liver functions, the absorption of iron and stimulation of the appetite. 
It also has added copper, which facilitates the uptake of iron from the diet.

Sprinter does not require mixing before use, and is packaged in a 100ml syringe, simple to use, easy to handle and with no waste.
