A sterile white aqueous suspension indicated in the treatment of mixed bacterial infections caused by, or associated with organisms sensitive to penicillin/streptomycin therapy.
Composition: (per ml)
| Procaine Penicillin BP | 200,000 iu |
| Dihydrostreptomycin Sulphate BP | 200 mg |
Dosage & Administration:
By intramuscular injection, subcutaneous or interperitoneal injection only.
1ml Penstrep 20/20 per 20kg bodyweight daily.
Administer daily for 3 consecutive days.
Use vial within 28 days of first withdrawal.
Maximum dose per injection site:-
| Horses, cattle and camels: | 20ml |
| Pigs: | 10ml |
| Calves, sheep, goats, dogs and cats: | 5ml |
