Norfloxacin is a broad spectrum antimicrobial liquid concentrate, bactericidal in action and effective against a wide range of gram positive and gram negative bacteria as well as mycoplasmas. 

It is indicated for use in turkeys, broilers, broiler breeders and replacement chickens, for diseases of the respiratory and alimentary tract of bacterial and mycoplasmal origin, e.g. pasteurellosis, mycoplasmosis, coli-bacillosis, coli septicaemia and salmonellosis.

Also where experience and if possible, sensitivity testing of the casual organism indicates Anflox Platinum as the drug of choice.

Composition: 

 
Dosage & Administration:
The norfloxacin dose rate is 12mg/kg bodyweight for 3 - 5 days.
Calculate the bodyweight and water consumption.
Normally 100ml of Anflox Platinum per 600 litres of drinking water (1.00ml/6 litres) is sufficient, but mature birds such as breeders may require 2.00ml/6 litres.
Medicate continuously for the period concerned.
Medicate water on a daily basis.

Warnings:
Avoid using with other medications. 

Can be used with water soluble vaccines.
